I am a ~slow~ artist. My main background is teaching survival skills and nature connection. I am learning to play the fiddle by ear through jam settings. From hide tanning to learning music to tattooing, whatever it is, make it slow. In this moment we are constantly encouraged to shorten our attention spans and consume art in its shortest, quickest, rapid fire-est, AI driven-est forms. And in this moment I am choosing art that is slow, that is aggressively human, and beautiful in its imperfection.
